Delivery Postage costs to the UK are as described. If the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days, but please allow up to 8 working days for your item to be delivered, or otherwise if you our having something made to measure please take this into consideration 14 days max. Your order will be delivered by first class post recorded. We are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving with you. Please note that worldwide delivery costs £7.50 per item dispatched. Please add this to your shopping basket before going to the checkout. Items are likely to take longer to reach destinations outside the UK.
Returns and Refunds We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if on the rare occasion your goods are faulty, then you will be refunded in full. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Please return the item along with the order number and a description of the fault. If an order is incorrect, please report it to us within two days at mail@penchanted.com In all instances Penchanted shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
